Lenten Sacrifice:

• To help the poor as part of our Lenten penance and spiritual growth, we are called to share. Baskets are placed on either side of the sanctuary throughout the season of Lent to appeal for non-perishable food like rice, sugar, cooking oil, sardines, milk powder, noodles, tin biscuits. 
  

Christian Meditation Time:

Note from Parish Priest:

Dear Parishioners, This is a short note from me that I will be on a sabbatical from 1st of January till 30th June, 2025. In my absence, Fr. Patrick Massang has been appointed as Administrator of the parish. Thank you to all Ministries and parishioners who have worked hard to build up the ministries and the parish life. I thank God for the blessings, graces and guidance. I am sure the PPC and Fr.Massang will guide the parish even further. We are not a perfect parish neither do we strive for that. We are human and along the way we make mistakes, we correct, say sorry, reconcile and move forward. May 2025 be a year of blessings for all. We will strive to remember that we are multi-cultural parish where all are welcome but we are one parish. Blessings upon all. Have a Blessed Advent!

Conversion Experience Retreat (CER) for Clergy:

•  The Clergy of the Diocese of Penang (all churches) will be participating in a Conversion Experience Retreat conducted by His Eminence, Cardinal William Goh and team from the Catholic Spirituality Centre (CSC) Singapore.
  
• This Retreat will begin on 23 March evening to 28 March afternoon at Stella Maris Retreat Centre, Penang. We pray for all the Priests & Deacons as they immerse in this experience of encounter and renewal with the Lord.
  
• Take note: From Mon 24 till Fri 28 of March, 2025, there will be no Mass in OMPH, SMC, OLOL churches.
